Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using RentHash and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

RentHash is a marketplace that allows buyers to rent cryptocurrency mining hashpower from verified rig operators across global mining networks. RentHash acts as a platform automating the allocation, pool configuration, and payment verification process.

3. Orders and payment

• All prices are quoted in USD and converted to the selected cryptocurrency at current market rates at order creation time.
• Payments are final and non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, subject to Section 4.
• You are responsible for sending the exact required amount on the correct network.
• Sending the wrong token, wrong amount, using the wrong network, or sending to the wrong address may result in permanent and unrecoverable loss. RentHash is not liable for such errors.
• Orders expire if payment is not received within the specified time window.

4. Refunds and disputes

• Refunds are not offered for successfully fulfilled hashpower orders where mining rigs were successfully rented.
• If your order was paid but rigs could not be rented due to a platform error, contact us for resolution.
• If you sent payment but it was not detected, provide your TXID and we will investigate.
• Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of order creation.

5. Pool configuration responsibility

You are solely responsible for providing a valid, compatible mining pool configuration. If the pool is offline, incompatible, incorrectly configured, or inaccessible, hashpower may be delivered but not produce results. RentHash does not verify pool availability before renting rigs.

6. Mining rewards

Mining rewards are distributed by the pool directly to your wallet address or pool account. RentHash has no access to and makes no claims on your mining rewards.

7. Hashrate and uptime

Advertised hashrates are target values based on live market availability. Actual delivered hashrate may vary slightly due to rig performance. RentHash does not guarantee 100% uptime of rented rigs. No compensation is offered for minor hashrate deviations within industry-standard tolerances.

8. Prohibited use

• Using the platform for illegal activities
• Attempting to manipulate payment verification
• Exploiting platform bugs for financial gain
• Directing hashpower at prohibited targets

9. Limitation of liability

RentHash's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of mining rewards, market losses, or network fees.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, through applicable legal procedures.
